How to Join

1. Log-in to the GCash app.
2. Click on the Tap to Win Raffle Badge under “Explore the App” section 
3. By clicking “Submit” after agreeing to the T&Cs (which include Data Privacy provisions), you are officially registered for the Raffle Promo.

How to Earn Raffle Entries

1. Activate GCash Tap to Pay
2. Pay in-stores using GCash Tap to Pay with a minimum spend of PHP350‍
3. Each PHP350 transaction = 1 raffle entry. (Higher-value transactions do not earn more entries.)

Raffle Draw

1. After the promo has ended, GCash will collect all eligible raffle entries and choose the winners via a raffle draw using an online randomizer. 
2. Raffle draw will be done in the presence of DTI, GCash (G-XChange Inc) following the raffle schedule. 
3. A list of ten (10) reserve winners will be selected as well, to be chosen in order, in the event that any of the original winners must forfeit the prize. 
4. There will be 1 raffle draw date.

Terms & Conditions

1. The winners are required to respond within 60 calendar days from receipt of the official registered mail from GCash. The actual claiming of the prize must also be completed by the winner, in coordination with the BYD dealership, within the same 60-day period from receipt of the registered mail. Failure of the winner to respond within this period shall result in forfeiture of the prize, with prior approval from DTI.
2. The BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic is non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.  
3. GCash reserves the right to select the trims/variants of the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic.
4. The winner of the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic must go to any of the BYD dealerships located in Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao to claim the car. 
5. GCash credits will be credited to the winners within 60 calendar days from receipt of the official notification.
6. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid with prior DTI approval (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
7. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
8. All out-of-pocket expenses, transportation to and from the dealership, transporting the car, and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the winner are the responsibility of the winner, where applicable. 
9. In the event that the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic winner is based outside of Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses in going to and from the BYD Dealerships.
10. The BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
    
    • The winner must claim the car within 60 days of notification..
    • Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to BYD
    • The prize is non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
    • Car shall be claimed by the winner in any BYD dealership.
    • Only the cost of the car is covered.
    • Other costs such as transportation costs are excluded.
11. GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
12. The winners shall grant GCash the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCash may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
13. Upon claiming the prize, the winners agree to free GCash from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash. GCash shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, GCash shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
