Program Mechanics: GCash Middle East Financial Relief 2026
Eligibility The program is open to all Fully Verified GCash users (Overseas and Local accounts) currently located and transacting within the following six (6) Middle East states:
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Program Period The relief measures are effective immediately starting March 5, 2026 and will remain in place as a temporary measure until March 14, 2026
Covered Services & Benefits 100% Service Fee Cash Back on GCash App Services Users transacting via the GCash app in the covered regions will receive a full refund of service fees for the following:
Bank Transfer: Sending money to any Philippine bank
Buy Load: Purchasing load for Philippine roaming SIMs , Philippine networks and International Network
Fulfillment of Cash Back Initial Deduction: The standard service fees (e.g., PHP 15 for Bank Transfers or specific biller fees) will be deducted from the user’s balance at the point of transaction to facilitate processing.
Reimbursement: The full fee amount will be credited back to the user's GCash wallet as Cash Back.
Turnaround Time: The Cash Back is typically processed and credited to your wallet
For Transactions:
March 5 to 10, 2026 awarding and crediting of Cashback will be on March 20, 2026
March 11 to 14, 2026 awarding and crediting of Cashback will be on March 27, 2026
Notification: Users will receive a notification in Gcash Application once they receive their Cash Back
Limitations & Conditions The cash back applies only to the Service Fee and not the principal amount of the transaction.
Standard wallet limits and transaction caps will still apply.
GCash reserves the right to disqualify transactions that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the GCash Terms and Conditions.

A. Bank Transfer
What it is: Sending money from your GCash app to any Philippine bank account (e.g., BDO, BPI, Metrobank, etc.)

B. Buy Load
What it is: Purchasing load for your Philippine roaming SIM or sending mobile credits to your family in the Philippines (Globe, TM, Smart etc) and International Load from your GCash App
