GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Raffle

1. This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide who have registered to join the raffle and completed any of the eligible transactions.
   
   • Verified new and existing GCash users under the age of 18, may still participate in the promo. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian upon claiming the prize and attending the concert.
2. The Promo period will run from July 9, 2026 to December 2, 2026.

II. HOW TO JOIN

How to access the GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Raffle promo page and raffle registration form:

1. Open the GCash app and log in.
2. Tap on any GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ communication materials including:
   
   • “Explore the app” carousel
   • In-App Promo Communications
3. If you have not yet registered for the raffle, tap on any of the communication materials inside the Promo Page and the Raffle Registration Form will load on screen.
4. Complete the form and tap “Submit” to register to join the raffle.
   
   • Users only need to answer the form once throughout the entire campaign.

How to order the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card:

1. Open the GCash app and log in.
2. Access the GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Raffle promo page in the GCash app (see previous section).
3. Tap “Order a Card” and the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card Order Form will load on screen.
   
   • If you are not a fully verified GCash User, an error message will appear during payment and your wallet will not be deducted. You must complete user verification before buying a Card.
   • Users who have less than 3 active GCash Visa Cards can still purchase a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ CARD.
   • A user may only purchase 1 GCash Visa Card.
4. Review your account information: and tap "Next".
5. Complete the delivery details and select "Next".
6. Tap "Pay" to finalize the order.
7. You should see a message confirming that your GCash Card order was successful.

How to link your card:

1. Open the GCash app: and log in.
2. Tap on "Cards" .
3. Select "Link my Card" .
4. Enter the 6-digit authentication code: and tap "Submit".
5. Fill in the last 4 digits of your card: and your Virtual Account Number.
6. Tap "Submit" .
7. A prompt will appear confirming that your GCash Card has been successfully linked.

III. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide who have:

1. Registered to join the raffle
   
   • Upon registration, the users agree to the T&Cs and consent to having their information collected for the purposes of this promotion, including the assignment of raffle entries, the raffle draw, and if applicable, winner notifications and prize fulfillment.
2. Paid with any GCash Visa Card (min spend P500 to be counted as a qualified transaction) 
3. Purchased a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card

Earning Entries

4. Each GCash Visa Card payment greater than or equal to P500 is equivalent to one raffle entry. Payments below P500 will not count as a raffle entry. A payment greater than P500 will only count as one raffle entry.
5. Each purchase of a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card is equivalent to two raffle entries. 
6. There is a 10 raffle entry limit per user for the entire campaign. Once the 10 raffle entries are earned, succeeding qualified transactions will not result in additional raffle entries.
7. Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries.
8. ATM Withdrawals are not eligible for raffle entries.
9. Users can only buy 1 BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card.

IV. RAFFLE DRAW

1. After the promo has ended, GCash will collect all eligible raffle entries and choose the winners via a raffle draw using an online randomizer. This will be done in the presence of DTI, GCash (G-XChange Inc.) following the raffle schedule below. A list of thirty (30) reserve winners per raffle draw will be selected as well, to be chosen in order, in the event that any of the original winners must forfeit the prize. 
2. There will be 3 raffle draws.

3. Winners selection will be done via an online randomizer with a DTI representative present following the Schedule of Raffle Draw above.
4. After the winners have been identified, this list of winners will be passed on to the GCash operations team for final risk verification.
5. After passing risk checks, the winners will be notified that they have won within 1 month of the draw date.

V. PRIZES

1. GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package (10 winners)
   
   • Each package is good for two (2) pax - the winner and one (1) companion and contains the following:
     
     1. A pair of event tickets to the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Concert in the Philippines on March 13, 2027 in Philippine Sports Stadium, Bulacan.
     2. Hotel accommodations for 2 pax
     3. Hotel transfer to and from event proper

2. A participant can only win a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package once throughout the whole campaign.
3. The BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package is non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.  
4. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of lack of availability, e.g., 4-star hotel availability.
5. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
6. All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the winner and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the Cardholder, where applicable. 
7. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs (if applicable), except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions. 
8. The winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses that are not explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section.
9. 20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash.

VI. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

1. After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via 
   
   • Registered Mail
   • In-App Communications
   • GCash Winners Webpage
   • Email
   • SMS
   • Call
2. Winners are expected to respond by the deadline set in the Schedule of Winner Notifications below. If there is no response from the winner by the deadline of confirmation, the prize shall be forfeited with prior approval from DTI-FTEB and awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative during the raffle draw.

3. Winners of the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package must agree to attend the assigned BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ events and activities, if any, upon acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.
4. Winners of the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package must agree to allow GCash to share their contact information with Visa for sole purpose of prize fulfillment. After the winners confirm their acceptance of the prize, Visa will reach out via email to facilitate the fulfillment of the Hospitality Package inclusions. 
5. GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
6. All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Packages.
7. The winners shall grant GCash and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCashand/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
8. Upon claiming the prize, the winners agree to free GCash and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash or Visa. GCash and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards.Consequently, GCash and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
