GCash & Robinsons Supermarkets Group: Grand Giveaway Promo T&Cs
1. Promo Period and Scope
Duration: December 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
Participating Brands: Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons EasyMart, Shopwise, and The Marketplace.
2. Eligibility
Open to fully verified GCash users, aged 18 and above.
Exclusions: Employees of GXI (GCash), Robinsons Supermarkets Corporation (RSC), and their partners are disqualified from joining.
3. How to Join
Spend Requirement: Minimum single-receipt purchase of 1,500 via GCash QR (Wallet, GGives, or GCredit).
Entry Ratio: 1 receipt = 1 raffle entry. Multiple entries are allowed based on unique transactions.
Registration: After payment, customers must visit the store’s Customer Service area to sign up via the official Google Form.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
4. Raffle Prizes and Draw
Prizes: iPhone 17 (256GB), iPad, and Smart Watches.
Draw Date: February 14, 2026, via a digital randomizer with a DTI representative.
Winning Limit: A customer can only win once. If drawn twice, they will receive the higher-valued prize.
5. Winner Notification and Validation
Announcement: Winners will be posted on official GCash and RSC Facebook pages within 14 days of the draw.
Direct Contact: Winners will be notified via Registered Mail, SMS, and Push Notification within three (3) days of the announcement.
Verification: All winners will undergo eligibility and fraud checking by GCash and RSC internal teams.
6. Claiming of Prizes
Redemption Period: Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
Location: Claims can be made at a GCash partner dealership or the nearest participating RSC Brand store.
Requirements:
Present two (2) valid IDs (Government or Company issued).
Sign a Quit Claim Form upon turnover.
Transferability: Prizes are transferable (requires a signed authorization letter) but not convertible to cash.
7. General Terms
GCash and RSC reserve the right to disqualify entries involving fraudulent transactions, incorrect data, or those infringing on the promo’s terms of use.
Data collected will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and used solely for promo administration.

No. A shopper can have as many entries as possible, provided each entry is a separate single receipt purchase of PHP 1,500 or more, followed by a separate sign-up via Google Forms.

Winners will be drawn and announced within fourteen (14) days after the promo period ends (i.e., 14 days after January 31, 2026).
The official winner list will be announced on the GCash & Participating RSC Brands' Official Social Media Pages (Facebook).
No. A customer can only win one prize. If they are drawn for multiple prizes, they will automatically receive the prize with the higher value.
GCash/RSC will contact the back-up winners, who will undergo the same eligibility and fraud validation process. Up to five (5) names are drawn for every prize.
3. Winner Notification and Claiming
Winners will be contacted within three (3) days of the official announcement via Registered Mail, SMS Notification, and Push Notification. Contact hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Winners must confirm acceptance (respond) within three (3) days of being contacted. They have sixty (60) days from the date of notification to claim the prize.
Winners must present two (2) valid IDs from the extensive list (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID, etc.) and sign a Quit Claim Form.
