I. GENERAL MECHANICS 

Flex your BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card!

1. This Promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide.
   
   • Verified new and existing GCash users under the age of 18 may still participate in the promo. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian upon claiming the prize and attending the concert.
2. The Promo period will run from September 25, 2026 - December 5, 2026.
3. Participants must follow and complete all mechanics for their entry to be considered valid.
4. Multiple entries are allowed, but participants can only win once. One photo or video post with a completed registration form is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.
5. Three (3) winners of a GCash BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package will be selected via raffle draw.
   
   • Each package is good for two (2) pax - the winner and one (1) companion and contains the following:
     
     1. A pair of event tickets to the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Concert in the Philippines on March 13, 2027 in Philippine Sports Stadium, Bulacan.
     2. Hotel accommodations for 2 pax
     3. Hotel transfer to and from event proper

II. HOW TO JOIN

1. Take a photo or video of you flexing your BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card.
   ‍*Participants should only show only the front of the card and never photograph or film the back of the card.

2. Post your entry on your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X using the hashtag #BTS_WORLDTOUR_ARIRANG_SPONSOR_Visa and tag @gcashofficial.
3. Complete your entry by registering at gcash.com/campaign/flexyourcard and providing the following details
   
   1. Full name
   2. Contact number (should be the same as your GCash number)
   3. Email
   4. Complete address
   5. Link to your post/entry to the raffle
      ‍*Participants must make sure that their social media post is set to public and viewable for their entries to be valid.

Once the user submits their registration, a message acknowledging receipt of entry will appear on the webpage. This confirms that the participant’s registration is a success and their entry is considered submitted.

III. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide who have:

1. Purchased a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card
2. Completed the mechanics and registered to join the raffle
   
   • Upon registration, the users agree to the T&Cs and consent to having their information collected for the purposes of this promotion, including the assignment of raffle entries, the raffle draw, and if applicable, winner notifications and prize fulfillment.

IV. RAFFLE DRAW

1. Multiple entries are allowed, but participants can only win once. One photo or video post with a completed registration form is equivalent to one raffle entry.
2. Winners of GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Raffle (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-262046 Series of 2026) are disqualified from winning the Flex your BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card Raffle.
3. After the promo has ended, GCash will choose the winners via a raffle draw using an online randomizer (random.org). This will be done in the presence of DTI, GCash (G-XChange Inc), and Spark It Philippines following the raffle schedule below. A list of twenty (20) reserve winners will be selected as well, to be chosen in order, in the event that any of the original winners are found to have fraudulent or suspicious activities, did not purchase the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card, or must forfeit the prize.

   • Business Assurance Management Team & GCash Fraud Detection Center to ensure that the accounts have no fraudulent activities.
   • Growth and Business Analytics team to verify if the winners have purchased the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ GCash Visa Card and if any of the participants are winners of the GCash x Visa BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Raffle (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-262046 Series of 2026)
6. With prior approval of DTI, GCash and Visa reserve the right to implement a verification process for all potential winners prior to awarding any prize. Any participant who fails to successfully complete the verification process shall be disqualified. All decisions pertaining to this promotion are deemed final.

V. PRIZES

1. Three (3)  winners of GCash BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package
   
   1. Each package is good for two (2) pax - the winner and one (1) companion and contains the following
      
      1. A pair of event tickets to the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Concert in the Philippines on March 13, 2027 in Philippine Sports Stadium, Bulacan.
      2. Hotel accommodations for 2 pax
      3. Hotel transfer to and from event proper

2. A participant can only win a BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package once throughout the whole campaign.
3. The BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package is non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.  
4. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit with prior approval of DTI to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
5. All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the winner and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the Cardholder, where applicable. 
6. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs (if applicable), except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions. 
7. The winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses that are not explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section.
8. 20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash.

VI. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

1. After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be announced and notified within fourteen (14) days from the determination of winners via:
   
   1. Registered Mail
   2. In-App Communications
   3. GCash Winners Webpage
   4. Email
   5. SMS
   6. Call
      ‍
      The SMS, call, and email notifications will be conducted by Spark It, Philippines.

2. Winners will be contacted and notified within fourteen (14) days from determination of winners. The winners are expected to respond within 60 calendar days from the receipt of notification. The winners must send a valid ID via email and confirm acceptance of the prize within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notification letter. If the winner fails to respond within the 60-calendar-day redemption period, the prize shall be forfeited with concurrence of DTI and awarded to a back-up winner previously determined in the presence of a DTI Representative during the raffle draw.
3. The list of confirmed winners will then be turned over to the Visa team, who will coordinate with them moving forward. The actual handover of the prize will be done upon check in to the hotel before the event.
4. Winners of the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package must agree to attend the assigned BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ events and activities, if any, upon acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen with prior DTI approval.
5. Winners of the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Package must agree to allow GCash to share their contact information with Visa for sole purpose of prize fulfillment. After the winners confirm their acceptance of the prize, Visa will reach out via email to facilitate the fulfillment of the Hospitality Package inclusions. 
6. GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
7. All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Hospitality Packages.
8. The winners shall grant GCash and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCash and/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
