The daily life of the Filipino working class is a relentless pursuit of livelihood, often defined by significant logistical and financial burdens.
These struggles-from navigating inefficient public transport to managing household expenses on a tight budget-hinder their productivity and quality of life. While many Filipinos are digitally connected, these core challenges remain largely unsolved.
How can GCash make everyday life easier, more productive, and more enjoyable for the hustling Filipinos through new, meaningful use cases?
1. Identify an everyday struggle faced by the working Filipino that GCash can help solve (such as commuting, managing side hustles, household responsibilities, or engaging with government services).
2. Develop an innovation strategy and go-to-market roadmap that turns this insight into a real-world solution, seamlessly integrating into users’ daily lives and strengthening GCash’s role as the most trusted partner for everyday transactions.
