WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?

All GCash users aged 7 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines or registered under GCash Overseas, are eligible to join provided they meet the qualification categories below:

1. GCash Local Basic Tier (Log-ins): All GCash Users (Fully Verified), including GCash Jr. users, who complete a daily GCash App Log-in.
2. GCash Local General Transaction Tier: GCash Users (Fully Verified) who complete at least one (1) transaction using any of the following products (either in the Philippines or abroad):

   • Bank Cash-in (EU, UK, US)
   • Remittance (all GO)

*Note on Overseas Eligibility & Participation: GCash Overseas users with international numbers enter a separate Overseas Raffle Pool (Flight Tickets, Pangkabuhayan Package, ₱1M Cash) and cannot access local in-app promo pages or win local instant/major prizes; however, users abroad operating via a roaming PH SIM follow local eligibility rules. Participation for GCash Overseas users residing in the United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and other overseas territories, is open via eligible transactions or a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) web form, where no purchase or remittance is required to enter or win. WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED TO JOIN?

All employees of Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. (GCash) and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this promo.

OVERVIEW & HOW TO JOIN

1. Login to GCash.
2. Complete eligible transactions.
3. All eligible users will encounter various in-app touch points-such as masthead, pop-up banner, action card, push notification, and app inbox message. 
   
   • There will also be out-of-app touchpoints through digital media and performance marketing ads that will lead user to log in and access
4. After clicking a promo touchpoint, users will be directed to the main promo landing page, with instructions on how to join.
5. Shake to Win
   
   • For raffle prizes, eligible users should then shake their device to get a raffle entry. Each unique user will get 1 raffle entry per transaction per eligible product they use by shaking their device in the promo landing page.
     
     • No minimum spend requirement (except for GStocks, which requires a minimum top-up of ₱800 per transaction)
     • No daily limit on number of raffle entries
   • For instant prizes, shakes do not apply. Users may simply win an instant cash credit (₱10, ₱50, or ₱100) credited directly to their GCash wallet

6. Winners will be drawn during the designated draw dates through an online randomizer tool, and with a DTI representative present.
7. *Overseas users AMOE (Alternative Mode of Entry): For GCash overseas, users may visit the official online promo web form, which will be accessible during the promo period upon campaign launch. Complete and submit the online entry form with your full legal name, registered mobile number, and email address. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of winning regardless of the entry method.

WINNING LIMITS & RULES (ALL USERS)

1. Instant Prizes (Local Only): Every participant can win GCash credits (₱10, ₱50, ₱100) credited instantly, multiple times throughout the campaign.
2. Major Raffle Prizes (Local & Overseas): Each unique user can win only one (1) major raffle prize across the entire campaign duration. Once drawn as a major raffle prize winner, the user's mobile and account numbers are removed from all subsequent raffle draws.
   
   • In the event that the same customer is drawn more than once, whether in the same draw or during the processing of the campaign’s raffle draws, the customer shall be awarded only the major raffle prize with the higher published value. Any lower-value prize drawn for the same customer shall be forfeited and redrawn from the remaining eligible entries. The customer shall then be disqualified from succeeding major raffle draws.
   • Note: For GCash Overseas prizes, each monthly draw (October, November, and December), winners will be selected such that no region (APAC, EU, Middle East, North America) is awarded more than once within that specific month's draw.

PRIZE SPECIFICATIONS

NOTIFICATION, CLAIMING & FULFILLMENT

1. GCash Credits (Php10 to Php100,000): Winners are notified via SMS, app push notification, and registered mail. Credits are seeded directly to fully verified GCash accounts within 60 business days following the draw.
2. Php1,000,000 CASH Prize (Overseas Only): This  will be completed via bank transfer to a nominated account of the winner. The prize will be disbursed within 60 days upon receipt of notification from GCash.
3. Php150,000 Pangkabuhayan Package (Overseas Only): Disbursed into the winner's GCash account in three (3) monthly installments of ₱50,000 over 3 consecutive months to ensure wallet transaction limit compliance.
4. Brand New Motorcycle and BYD Hybrid Vehicle: Winners will be contacted by GCash’s official agency via phone, SMS, and registered mail to coordinate identity verification and vehicle turnover logistics. Winners of the motorcycle will receive a free CTPL insurance. For winners of BYD, qualifying transactions must include GInsure, as the prize includes comprehensive vehicle insurance via GInsure. (Final vehicle models subject to availability, guaranteed that the model will be of equal value as declared in the “Prize Specifications” table)
5. Round-Trip Flights: Winners will be directed to GCash’s official travel partner (Mango Tours) for flight booking and ticket issuance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DTI Supervision: All monthly major raffle draws will be conducted digitally via an online randomizer tool over Google Meet, attended by GCash representatives, agency representatives, and a DTI representative present.
2. Account Verification & Requirements:
   
   • Winners must have a Fully Verified GCash account to claim major prizes.
   • All winners are subject to verification by GCash’s Risk Management team. Only account holders may win.
   • All winners will be called by GCash’s third-party agency to validate customer details and inform them of their win.
3. Data Usage & Security:
   
   • Customers allow the use of their name and mobile number for identity verification, winner announcements, and prize seeding.
   • Security Guarantee: GCash will never ask winners to divulge passwords, OTPs, MPINs, or surrender SIM cards to claim prizes.
4. Taxes & Costs:
   
   • For major prizes valued above ₱10,000, the 20% Philippine Prize Tax will be paid by GCash.
   • For overseas winners of the ₱150,000 and ₱1,000,000 major prizes, the 20% prize tax will be withheld from total winnings in compliance with Philippine tax laws.
5. Redemption Window & Forfeiture:
   
   • Redemption or claiming of grand prizes is within 60 calendar days upon receipt of notification from GCash.
   • If a winner does not claim their prize within the 60-day redemption period, the prize will be considered forfeited with prior DTI approval.
6. Audit & Fraud Rights: 
   
   • GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
   • GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system). 
7. Prize Restrictions: 
   
   • Except for the specified ₱1,000,000 Cash Prize and the travel-prize exception stated below, all prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable. This restriction is imposed to ensure that prizes are awarded only to the verified account holder who qualified and was selected in the raffle, preserve the integrity and auditability of the promotion, prevent unauthorized claims, resale, or fraudulent transfers, and ensure compliance with GCash account verification and prize-fulfillment requirements. 
   • For the round-trip flight prize, the confirmed winner may transfer the ticket to a nominated eligible traveler, subject to the terms, availability, documentation, passport, and visa. The flight prize remains non-convertible to cash.
8. Overseas Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance:
   
   • Organized and operated by Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. (GCash), pursuant to DTI. Governed strictly by Philippine laws.
   • Participation by users residing in the UAE, KSA, US, Canada, or other overseas jurisdictions does not constitute a localized commercial draw within those jurisdictions. Void where prohibited by law.
   • Remittance partners act solely as financial transaction conduits and are not organizers, sponsors, or legal guarantors of this promotion.
