GCash Day Promo

GENERAL MECHANICS

The Ayala Malls GCash Day Raffle is open to all fully verified GCash users nationwide who opt in to the promo and make eligible transactions with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱50 using any of the following payment methods at participating Ayala Malls merchants using GCash devices:

HOW TO JOIN

1. Users must access the Ayala Malls GCash Day Raffle promo page through the GCash app.
2. Users must read and agree to the Promo Terms & Conditions, including the Data Privacy provisions, and tap Submit to opt in.
3. Once successfully registered, users may begin earning raffle entries by making qualified transactions.
4. Users may view within the promo page:
   
   • Promo mechanics
   • Raffle draw schedule
   • Available prizes
5. Opt-in is required only once. Once a user has opted in, they remain enrolled throughout the promo period. Raffle entries, however, will reset after every monthly raffle draw.

ELLIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This promo is open to all fully verified GCash users who:

1. Successfully opt in through the GCash app;
2. Make a minimum single transaction worth ₱50 at participating Ayala Malls merchants using GCash devices; and
3. Use any of the following eligible payment methods:
   
   • Tap to Pay
   • Scan QR
   • GCash Card
4. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise disqualified shall not earn raffle entries.

EARNING ENTRIES

Every qualified transaction with a minimum spend of PHP50 earns raffle entries based on the payment method used:

2. Each qualified transaction earns raffle entries independently.
3. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may earn during each raffle period.
4. Multiple transactions are allowed, provided each transaction meets the minimum spend requirement of ₱50.
5. Higher transaction amounts do not earn additional raffle entries beyond those assigned to the transaction type.
6. Raffle entries accumulate within each monthly raffle period.
7. All raffle entries will reset after every raffle draw.

RAFFLE DRAW

1. The promo will consist of four (4) monthly raffle draws.
2. For every raffle draw:
   
   • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive ₱100,000 GCash Credits.
   • One hundred (100) Winners per participating Ayala Mall will each receive ₱1,000 GCash Credits.
3. Winners will be selected electronically through a random raffle draw conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.
4. All eligible users can continue participating in future draw cycles, provided they haven't already won in this campaign.
5. User can only win once per raffle draw. In case a name was drawn more than once in a draw date, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.

Announcement & Notification of Winners:

1. Winners will be announced on the 17th of every month following the raffle draw.
2. Winners will be notified through:
   
   • Registered mail
   • SMS
   • E-mail
   • Push Notification
   • GCash App Inbox
   • Official GCash social media pages
3. GCash reserves the right to validate all winning transactions and verify the eligibility of winners before prizes are awarded.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Winners will be announced via GCash’s official social media channels and the in-app promo page on Thursday or Friday following each draw.
2. Winners will be notified individually via the following channels:
   
   • Email (registered email address)
   • GCash in-app notification
   • GCash’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts
   • Registered Mail
   • SMS

PRIZE REGISTRATION & CLAIMING

1. GCash Credits shall be credited directly to the winners' fully verified GCash accounts after completion of the validation process.
2. GCash Credits will be sent within 7-60 business days after the announcement of winners.
3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash or other items, and non-replaceable.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promo period is from September 17, 2026 to January 11, 2027.
2. Winners shall be selected electronically through a DTI-approved randomization process in the presence of a DTI representative.
3. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or fails validation, a replacement winner shall be drawn in the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Employees of G-Xchange, Inc. (GCash), Ayala Malls, participating merchants, their agencies, affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.
5. Refunded, reversed, cancelled, duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid transactions shall not qualify for raffle entries.
6. GCash reserves the right to disqualify users found to have abused the promo or violated these mechanics.
7. Twenty percent (20%) prize tax, where applicable, shall be shouldered by GCash.
8. By accepting the prize, winners authorize GCash to use their name, likeness, photographs, and videos for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws.
9. GCash reserves the right to amend these mechanics with prior approval from the DTI.
