Mechanics:

1. Eligibility:

• Open to all new and existing GCash users who will Buy Load in the GCash app 2x in one month within the promo period
  
  • Month 1: Dec 1-31, 2025
  • Month 2: Jan 1-31, 2026
    
• Users must purchase any load (Mobile Load, Broadband Load, Non-Telco) via the Buy Load feature in the GCash app.
  
• Excluded participants:
  
  • Employees of G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI), their advertising and promotional agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
    
  • Users flagged for fraudulent activities.
    
  • Users with multiple GCash accounts (multiple mobile numbers).
    
  • Users with suspended accounts (due to lost SIM, deletion request, etc.).
    
  • Users identified as duplicate entries.
    
  • First- and second-degree relatives of employees.
    

2. Promo Mechanics:

• Users who buy load 2x a month of any of the qualified load products during the promo period will earn one (1) Mobapay Gaming Voucher worth PHP 30 per successful transaction.
  
• Users can receive a maximum of 2 Mobapay Gaming Vouchers if they load 2x within Dec 1-31, 2025 and load another 2x within Jan 1-31, 2026.
• Vouchers will be awarded to qualified GCash accounts when they claim their reward from the Load Promo Landing Page
  
• Qualified users will be notified via:
  
  • GCash app inbox message
    
  • Push notification
    
  • Promo landing page
    

3. Voucher Redemption:

• Gaming vouchers may be used only on Mobapay and are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  
• Redemption instructions will be provided within the app notification or promo landing page.
• Vouchers for limited redemption only
  

4. General Conditions:

• Users who qualify and receive vouchers agree to be featured in promo-related announcements through:
  
  • Website
    
  • Social media
    
  • Print and online media
    
• GCash reserves the right to audit all promo transactions. Vouchers may be withheld or canceled in case of:
  
  • Fraudulent activity
    
  • Misrepresentation or false user data
    
  • Violation of GCash’s terms of use
    
  • Any illegal activity as defined under Philippine law
    

5. Penal Clause:

GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
