I. How to Join

1. Log-in to the GCash app.
2. In the home page, tap the “VISA x M7” promo poster to join.
3. Once the poster is tapped, the user has joined the remaining draws of the raffle promo and can start earning entries.

II. General Mechanics

This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide who have joined the raffle and completed any of the following transactions whether in the Philippines or abroad. Raffle draw winners can win an M7 Mythic VIP Package

B. How to order a GCash Card

1. Log-in to the GCash app.
2. Tap on "Cards" on the GCash homepage.
3. Select "Order a GCash Card"
4. Choose "Order a card" and then "Send me a Card".
5. Review your account information and tap "Next".
6. Complete the required information and select "Next".
7. Tap "Pay" to finalize the order.
8. You should see a message confirming that your GCash Card order was successful.

C. How to Link your Card

1. Log-in to the GCash app.
2. Tap on "Cards" .
3. Select "Link my Card" .
4. Enter the 6-digit authentication code and tap "Submit".
5. Fill in the last 4 digits of your card and your Virtual Account Number.
6. Tap "Submit" 
7. A prompt will appear confirming that your GCash Card has been successfully linked.

III. Determination of Winners and Schedule of Raffle Draw

1. There will be five (5) total draws. The first draw will have four (4) winners, while the second to fifth draw will have five (5) winners each. An additional 20 names will be drawn to serve as back-up winners. Each winner will get a Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package. There will be 24 winners and 100 back up winners
   
   
2. Winners of the Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package and their companions must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity from November 30, 2025. If the drawn winner does not have an existing passport, another winner will be chosen from the backup winner list drawn.
3. Eligible users will be given the corresponding amount of raffle entries twenty-four (24) hours after each successful transaction with GCash Visa Card, GCash Buy Load, or GCash Webpay and opt in to join the raffle
4. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may acquire for local (Philippines) and international payments within the promo period. However, a user may only order and link one GCash Card to their account at a time, so during the promo period, a user may receive the corresponding five (5) raffle entries for Card orders only once.
5. Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries. Awarded raffle entries will be revoked when transactions are proven and recorded to be refunded or fraudulent.
6. After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via SMS, email, snail mail, and GCash app inbox.
7. The promo period will run from November 11 to December 21, 2025.
8. A participant can only win a Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package once throughout the whole campaign to give chance to others.
9. Winners selection will be done via an online randomizer with a DTI representative present following the Schedule of Raffle Draws above.
10. The winners are expected to reply within ten (10) calendar days from receiving the notification from GCash while actual handover of the prize will be done within (sixty) 60 days from the notification. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative.
11. The Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.  
12. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of lack of availability, e.g. 4-star hotel availability.
13. Winners of the Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package must agree to attend the assigned MLBB M7 World Championship events and activities, if any, upon acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.
14. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel, or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once, suspended account, user has pending request for account deletion) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
15. All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance, and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the Cardholder and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the Cardholder, where applicable. 
16. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees, and other ancillary costs, except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions. 
17. In the event that the Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package winner is based outside of Metro Manila, the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
18. The roundtrip economy class airfare tickets from Manila to Jakarta, Indonesia shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
    
    • The winners shall travel on January 23, 2026 (Manila to Jakarta) and on January 27, 2026 (Jakarta to Manila) in time for the MLBB M7 World Championship event and can no longer be extended or rebooked.
    • Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to Visa on or before January 8, 2025 and cannot be amended thereafter.
    • All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed. 
    • Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available
    • Only the cost of the flight is covered
    • Other costs such as additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded
    • Winners will be informed via email and Viber coordination on booking details for the flights.
19. GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
20. All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the Visa x M7 Mythic VIP Package Raffle prize.
21. 20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash
22. The winners shall grant GCash and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCashand/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
23. Upon claiming the prize, the winners agree to free GCash and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash or Visa. GCash and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards.Consequently, GCash and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
