Promo Mechanics

1. Promo Period: This promo is open to all Fully Verified GCash users who use Express Send via GCash from September 22 to November 30, 2025.
2. This Promo will ONLY be available for the Express Send feature via Send Money in GCash where Express Send Scam Insurance will be found.
3. Eligibility for the Promo:
   
   1. GCash User is Fully Verified. 
   2. A Filipino citizen or foreigner who is a legal resident of the Philippines.
   3. Aged 18 years old and above.
   4. GCash User has availed of Express Send Scam Insurance within the promo period and policy is active and valid for more than 7 days.
4. A user will get one (1) attempt every time they avail of an Express Send Scam Insurance policy that has been valid for more than 7 days.
   
   1. A user can qualify again after their policy expires (after 30 days upon availment), but only if it was availed within the Promo Period.
5. All eligible players will be able to win only one (1) of the prizes below per attempt. To win these prizes, the GCash User must spin a wheel.

6. Once a user has purchased an Express Send Scam Insurance Policy, within 3-10 days, they will receive an in-App notification that will directly lead them to the Promo Landing Page where they will be able to learn more about the Mechanics of the Promo and another notification (after the policy has been active for 7 days) will be able to lead them to the Page wherein the user can do an attempt for the prizes.
7. Winners of the vouchers will receive their prize instantly. 
8. A unique customer’s registered GCash account can win the TEMU voucher once while other vouchers can be won multiple times. This is done through the campaign where a unique customer is determined by GCash in accordance with the information submitted during GCash account registration and/or identity markers used by GCash against its entire GCash base. 
9. Participants can only play once per policy availed. Since it is a 30 day policy, the user can play again after their current policy expires. 
10. By participating in this Promo, the winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media.
11. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for any promo abuse, fraudulent activity, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
12. All employees of G-Xchange, Inc., including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.  
13. Eligibility
    
    • Existing Express Send Scam Insurance policyholders after 7 days of availing
    • Excluding First and Second degree relatives
    • Excluding Fraudulent user base.
    • Excluding Suspended accounts due to lost SIM cards.
    • Excluding Suspended accounts due to account deletion requests.
    • Excluding Users with more than one registered mobile number.
    • No duplication of participants.
    • Excluding GCash Employees

14. Penal Clause
    “GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.”

15. Prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
