‍Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to all GCrypto users with a verified account (KYC Level 2: Verified identity, email, and mobile).
• Users must trade within the promo period: Dec 15 - Dec 31, 2025, to avail of zero fees for their first transaction.
• Trades must be done via the GCrypto platform and involve eligible tokens only (see eligible tokens list #7).

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion runs from Dec 15 - Dec 31, 2025

3. How to Qualify

• Users qualify for a 2% rebate on their first trade on GCrypto during the campaign period, given they transact using the eligible tokens. (see eligible tokens list #7).

4. Reward Distribution

• Qualified users will receive a 2% rebate on their first trade, credited in USDT to their GCrypto wallets within 14 business days after the end of the campaign.
• Users will be notified via email and/or in-app once they are credited the prize on their GCrypto accounts.
• Rebates are capped at Php 10,000 worth of rebates per user.

5. Fraud Prevention

• GCrypto reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using false information.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to further review, and rewards may be withheld if fraud is detected.

6. Amendment of Terms

• GCrypto reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion or these terms at any time without prior notice.
