Prize refreshes and raffle draws will occur throughout the campaign duration.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN? 

‍

All GCash users aged 7 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines, are eligible to join the raffle.

‍

*GCash Overseas users are not eligible, they will not be able to access the promo pages in their app. However, those who are abroad using a roaming PH SIM are eligible. 

‍

Different prizes may be won by GCash users who belong under the following categories:

1. All GCash Users (Basic and Verified), including GCash Jr. users
2. GCash Users (Basic and Verified), who have at least 1 transaction using any of the following products: 
   
   • Cash-In
   • Send Money
   • Buy Load
   • Pay Bills
   • Pay online / Webpay 
   • Scan to Pay / Pay QR
3.  GCash Users (Basic and Verified), who have at least 1 transaction using any of the following products: 
   
   • GCash Card
   • Tap to Pay
   • Watch Pay
   • GCredit Disbursement 
   • GGives Disbursement 
   • GLoan Disbursement 
   • Commute
   • Travel
   • Food Hub
4.  GCash Users (Basic and Verified), who have at least 1 transaction using Tap to Pay

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Customer to log in to GCash App
2. All eligible customers will encounter various in-app touch points-such as masthead, pop-up banner, action card, push notification, and app inbox message. There will also be out-of-app touchpoints through digital media and performance marketing ads that will lead user to log in and access
3. After clicking the promo touchpoint, users will be able to access the main promo landing page with instructions on how to join.
4. Customers should then shake their device to get a raffle entry for a chance to win a prize during the raffle draw.
5. Each unique user will get 1 raffle entry per transaction per eligible product they use by shaking their device in the promo landing page. There will be no minimum spend requirement to get a raffle entry and no limit in the number of raffle entries per day as it will solely depend on the number of transactions they will have. 
6. Winners will be drawn during the designated draw dates through an online randomizer tool, and with a DTI representative present.
7. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
8. Each unique customer can only win once throughout the whole campaign period.
   
   • Once a customer has won, their mobile and/or account number(s) will be removed from the raffle draw pool for the remaining raffle prizes

NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

‍

Winners will be contacted according to the prize they win:

• The winners of GCash credits will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email and push notification through their registered GCash account details
• The winner of the BYD (BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic) Vehicle will be contacted through their registered GCash mobile numbers through an official GCash agency via SMS and call. These winners will also be contacted via registered mail and email.

*Upon verification, winners' names will also be published on GCash’s website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

‍

1. Each unique customer can only win once throughout the whole campaign period.
   
   • Once a customer has won, their mobile and/or account number(s) will be removed from the raffle draw pool for the remaining raffle prizes
2. Raffle Prizes CANNOT be converted to cash.
3. A DTI Representative will be invited to verify the system and during the raffle draw. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Google Meet, which will be attended by GCash Representative/s, Agency representative/s, DTI representative/s
4. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to GCash, to be used for the purposes of verification of identity, posting winners’ names via social media announcement and seeding of prizes.
5. All winners shall be called by GCash’s third party agency to validate customer details and inform them that they have won a prize. 
6. GCash will never ask to divulge the winners’ password, OTP, MPINS or surrender SIM as part of claiming their prize.
7. All winners are subject to verification and only account holders may win.
8. For prizes worth more than PHP 10,000, the 20% Prize Tax will be paid by GCash.
9. Redemption or claiming of prizes (PHP 5 to PHP 5,000 GCash Credits & BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic car) is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from GCash.
10. Redemption or claiming of the major prize (PHP 1 Million GCash credits) will be completed within 4 months from the date of notification by GCash. The prize will be disbursed in four installments of PHP 250,000 each, spread over 4 months. This phased disbursement is designed to ensure recipients do not exceed the monthly GCash transaction limits
11. If the winner does not claim their prize within the redemption period, GCash will not reassign it to another winner and the prize will be considered forfeited with prior DTI approval.
12. For prizes worth more than PHP 500:
    
    • Winners must have a fully-verified GCash account to claim the prize.
    • Winners must pass the account verification process conducted by GCash’s Risk Management team
13. The customer is required to take full responsibility and liability for the information provided by them under the terms and conditions of the GCash Merry G Shake it, Win it!. GCash and its agency reserves the right to verify the information provided by the participants. Failure to verify information will result in disqualification with prior DTI approval.
14. For Grand prize winners of PHP 1 million GCash credits:
    
    • For winners (non-verified / verified users), GCash will be instructing winners to upgrade their accounts to GCash Plus.
    • Once upgraded, GCash will be disbursing the PHP 1 million GCash credits in PHP 250k increments every 1st week of the month until the full amount is paid.
15. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
