GXI Policies

GXI is committed to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and responsible business practices. By entering into a business relationship with GXI, Partners acknowledge and agree to abide by the principles outlined in GXI’s policies, as summarized below.

These obligations form an integral part of our business relationship. Partners must maintain records evidencing their adherence to these standards, as any failure to comply may be considered a material breach of contract. GXI reserves the right to audit any Partner or their subcontractors to verify compliance.

  • No involvement in modern slavery, human trafficking, or forced/bonded labor.
  • Ensuring all employment is voluntary, providing adequate remuneration, and ensuring overtime is consensual.
  • Acting as equal-opportunity employers; never discriminating based on age, gender, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Preventing all forms of abuse, harassment, or inhumane treatment, whether in the workplace or during work-related events.

5. Health and Safety. Partners must comply with all health and safety regulations, fostering a safe environment that prevents accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses.
