Pera Coach, formerly known as GCoach AI, is an AI-powered financial literacy feature within the GCash application (the “GCash App”). It uses artificial intelligence technology to provide personalized learning experiences on personal finance, savings, investments, and other finance-related matters.
All GCash verified users may use the Pera Coach.
Users can access the Pera Coach by tapping the floating Pera Coach icon found in the GInvest, GSave, GFunds, and GStocks PH pages. Below is a sample of the access point.
Yes, GCash will review and analyze your conversations with Pera Coach to improve its products, services, and business practices. In line with this, please avoid sharing any personal and sensitive personal information to ensure that your privacy and security are protected
If you experience issues with Pera Coach or its responses, you may report an issue by following these steps:

Delete previous conversations from main chat interface
Delete previous conversation from chat history
Delete current conversation
Delete all chat history
Deleting your chat history will permanently remove all data from our servers. Deleted chat conversations can no longer be retrieved by the user or by GCash.
