Welcome to GStocks Global.
These GStocks Global Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) serve as a contract between you and G-Xchange, Inc. (“GXI”) with respect to your use of the GStocks Global Services (“Global Stocks” or “Service”) within the GCash App. “GStocks Global Services” as used in these Terms refers to the feature found in the GCash App, powered by First World Trader (PTY) LTD (“EasyEquities”), allowing verified GCash App users to buy and sell global securities. By using GStocks Global, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions enumerated below which shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Agreement.”
You understand and agree to the following:
GStocks Global provides wallet management and portfolio management features. Wallet management allows you to manage your trading wallet, make top-ups and withdrawals, view available cash for trading or withdrawal, and browse global securities with indicative buy and sell prices. Portfolio management allows you to view your global securities holdings and transactions.
EasyEquities provides and operates the core stock trading services, including the buying and selling of global securities, the custody of global securities, and the execution and settlement of your transactions (“EasyEquities Services”). EasyEquities is solely responsible for these services. GXI does not perform, control, or guarantee any part of the EasyEquities Services. GXI acts only as a platform intermediary that enables your access to EasyEquities Services. GXI does not hold, trade, or manage your securities or funds and is not responsible for the custody, execution, pricing, or accuracy of any transaction or market data provided by EasyEquities.
You release and hold GXI, its directors, officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to the EasyEquities Services, including the custody, execution, or settlement of your transactions, or the processing or transfer of your personal information in connection with such services. This release applies unless such losses are proven to arise solely from GXI’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Information made available to you by GXI through GStocks Global is provided on an “as is, where is” basis. GXI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any information received from EasyEquities, nor any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree not to access or use GStocks Global or the EasyEquities Services if you disagree with, object to, or have any reservation regarding any provision of these Global Stocks Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that GXI or EasyEquities may modify the Global Stocks Terms at any time. Your continued use of GStocks Global after receiving notice from GXI or EasyEquities of the modified terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you disagree with the modified terms, you must immediately stop using GStocks Global.
