From 2014 to 2017, Mirasol worked in Taiwan with a clear and purposeful goal—to build a better future in the Philippines by establishing her own business. Her dream extended beyond financial stability; she longed to be with her family permanently and to prove that Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can thrive and create meaningful opportunities within their homeland.
With the help of the Balik Pinas, Balik Hanapbuhay livelihood assistance program from OWWA, Mirasol launched Mhira Natural Soap & Cosmetics Manufacturing in 2018, offering all-natural skincare products. Her dedication is evident in her continuous participation in various trainings and workshops from 2017 to the present, where she honed her craft in natural cosmetics.
Fueled by her passion for nature and her commitment to producing safe, eco-friendly products, Mirasol has also become actively involved in community development. She regularly organizes livelihood training sessions, joins radio guesting, shares her success story in government initiatives, and participates in volunteer work, gift-giving drives, and tree planting activities—living out her mission to give back and inspire others.
