Loan Finder (“Loan Finder”) is a service provided by G-Xchange, Inc. (“GXI”), a company that is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”). The Loan Finder serves as a digital platform that allows you to apply for different types of loan products with third-party lenders through the GCash App. Because the Loan Finder acts as a marketplace that makes accessible to GCash Users the financial products offered by various lenders, the Loan Finder is not an e-marketplace that is covered under R.A. 11967, otherwise known as the Internet Transactions Act.
If you wish to apply for a loan through Loan Finder, kindly review the Loan Finder’s Terms and Conditions (T&C) below, GCash’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy collectively, “Agreement”). By using the Loan Finder in the GCash App, you confirm that you have read and understood the Agreement and agree to be bound by it.
Under this T&C, “GXI” shall refer to G-Xchange, Inc., including its directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, service providers, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must fill-out the Loan Application Form with information that is true and correct as of the date of application. Any misinformation or misrepresentation contained in your Loan Application Form will cause the third-party lender considering your loan application to reject your loan application or cancel your loan application’s approval, if the loan application is already approved.
- You shall maintain a GCash account for the duration of your loan application. Your failure to maintain an active GCash account during the period required shall be considered as a breach of this T&C and shall cause the restriction of your access to the Loan Finder.
- You will update your Know-Your-Customer (KYC) information whenever GXI requires.
- You will not use the Loan Finder in any way that would violate applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or that could give rise to any liability to GXI.
- You consent to receive SMS, mobile, in-app messages, and/or email alerts from GXI to confirm your Loan Finder application, verify information, or other related purposes.
- You shall release GXI from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from (a) the application and verification process, (b) the processing of your personal information, (c) this Agreement, and (4) any related actions, unless such claims are solely GXI’s fault.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER DATA
- To provide you access to the Loan Finder, you consent to GXI’s use, processing, storing, and monitoring of your personal and other information from your accomplished Loan Application Form for compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering rules, credit investigation, credit scoring, fraud investigation, product and systems development, data analytics, profiling, sales, marketing, and improving customer experience in the GCash App.
- You authorize GXI to collect, process, use, store, record, organize, and update your personal information needed for your Loan Finder application, including:
- Identification (KYC) Information
- Financial Information
- Professional or Employment Information
- You consent to GXI sharing your personal and other information with third-party lenders, GXI’s contracted third-parties, and government agencies. You may withdraw this consent to share your personal and other information by visiting the Privacy Choices feature in the GCash App, speaking with Gigi, or visiting our Help Center. By submitting your application, you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Policies of the particular third-party lender from whom you avail a loan, as found in our Partner Directory. You may refer to their policies and withdraw your acceptance by contacting them.
- You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Policies of the specific third-party lender. You provide your free, informed, and explicit consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data between GXI and the third-party lender for the legitimate purpose of processing your loan application and related transactions.
- You agree that GXI and the third-party lender shall maintain a verifiable record of your consent, including the time, manner, and content of the provided notices, to ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the relevant third-party lender, subject to applicable laws and their policies on data retention and ongoing contractual obligations.

DISCLAIMERS / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- GXI does not promise, represent, or guarantee the approval of your loan application by any of its partner third-party lenders.
- GXI, or the Loan Finder, does not provide financial, tax, legal, or any other advice, including a recommendation or endorsement of any of the loan products offered by the third-party lenders.
- While GXI will endeavor to give you uninterrupted access to the Loan Finder, it cannot guarantee you an uninterrupted or error-free use of the Loan Finder.
- GXI will not be liable for losses or damages of any kind, however caused, resulting from your use or access, or your failure or inability to access the Loan Finder, even if GXI is informed of the possibility of such damage.
- GXI will not be liable for any indirect damages or losses that you suffered.
- GXI is not a party to any transaction, obligation, or contract between you and any third-party lender. Thus, any concern, issue, claim, or liability relating to your loan or loan application shall be resolved only between you and the third-party lender.
CHANGES
GXI may, from time to time, modify this T&C or introduce new features to the Loan Finder. Unless the change is material, all changes shall be effective immediately and your continued use of the Loan Finder will be understood to be your continuing agreement to be bound by the Agreement or acceptance of the new features, products, and offers of the Loan Finder.
TERMINATION
GXI may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Loan Finder at any time. You agree that GXI will not be liable to you or to any third-party for such suspension, modification, or termination.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this T&C is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected and will continue to be valid.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE OF LITIGATION
This T&C will be governed by Philippine laws. The venue of all suits or legal proceedings in relation to this T&C shall exclusively be brought to the proper courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, or at any venue at GXI’s sole discretion, to the exclusion of all other venues.
