By choosing to enable the display of your GCash balance on the eGov platform, you allow the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to display your real-time GCash wallet balance within the eGov dashboard. This integration is strictly limited to balance viewing; the eGov platform cannot initiate transfers, pay bills, or modify your GCash settings. Your authentication is handled directly through the GCash secure gateway, and no personal transaction history, contact lists, or MPINs are accessed or stored by the eGov application.
G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI) provides this integration for your convenience and is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the compromise of your personal mobile device or GCash credentials. GXI is not responsible for balance discrepancies caused by network latency or system maintenance, nor is it liable for any loss of funds or transaction errors unrelated to direct GCash service outages. You may revoke this ability to display your GCash balance on the eGov platform at any time in the eGov application, which will immediately invalidate your secure session token.
