Now more than ever, we are in the age of being “woke” — a state of being alert to news and social issues around the world. It has never been easier for us to sympathize with various advocacies, such as protecting the environment or helping the disabled and displaced. If you’ve ever wondered how to support an organization furthering your cause, say, Bantay Bata or Haribon Foundation, then GCash For Good can help you.

GCash For Good is our corporate social responsibility initiative that helps address various social issues: education, environment, health, animal welfare, and more. As passionate financial enablers, GCash recognizes the need to empower Filipinos in all aspects of life, including making it easier to help their fellowmen by donating to different non-government organizations (NGOs) on the GCash App. Now, it only takes a few taps on the GCash App to donate any amount and make a difference.

GCash For Good currently supports donations to over 30 NGOs, including but not limited to: Caritas Manila, UNICEF, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Red Cross, and more. Moreover, GCash For Good also enables GCash employees to become partners for change through different social activities, like its La Mesa Ecopark Rehabilitation event.

To make a donation to your preferred organization:

For Android users:

  1. On your smartphone, download and register to the GCash App here.
  2. To top up your GCash, cash-in here.
  3. Log in to the GCash App, tap “Show More”, then “GCash for Good”. 
  4. Choose the organization you wish to donate to. Before making a donation, ensure that you have enough balance in your GCash account. Learn more about funding your account at our Help Center.
  5. Complete the requested details and tap Next, then Confirm.

For iOS users:

  1. On your smartphone, download and register to the GCash App here.
  2. To top up your GCash, cash-in here.
  3. Log in to the GCash App and choose “Pay Bills”. 
  4. On the upper right corner, tap the drawer icon, then the search icon.
  5. Type and choose the name of the organization you wish to donate to. You can refer to the list of GCash partners below. 
  6. Before making a donation, ensure that you have enough balance in your GCash account. Learn more about funding your account at our Help Center.
  7. Complete the requested details and tap Next, then Confirm.
